How to launch the Recovery Environment? - Tablet has no CD drive

Bob bought a Windows 10 Surface tablet .  We installed ShadowProtect Desktop.  All is well.
The tablet has no CD drive.

So my question is:  "How do you run the Recovery Environment on a tablet without a CD drive?"
