Two weeks ago my hard disk failed. I used the opportunity to get an SSD and do a clean install. Everything went flawlessly except installation of Storage Craft. Apparent I have to deactivate the license on my old HDD in order to reinstall it on my new one.Obviously, this is not possible with an HDD that is now junk. Therfore I have written techn support multiple times to request a new license. Seven days ago I received this message:
